Tournament History
Pastor Archie Dyck started the tournament in 1988 as an opportunity for fellow Christians from area Baptist churches to get together for some fellowship, friendly competition and good clean fun, and it has continued with that purpose. Ken Borton also organized it for a few years, then passed the torch to Tim Robinson who organized it for a fews as well. Dan Robinson has been the Tournament organizer since 1996, and has done a fantastic job. The tournament's popularity is a testament to his hard work in making it a success. Drydenite Roy Brownlee had also been video taping all the Intola Baptist games from 1995 to 2004 and the Dryden games since. The tournament started out with 5 team from 4 churches in 1988 to having 9 teams with participation from 9 churches in 2006.
